Currently serving on a short [hopefully] mission where about 200 American soldiers & airmen are temporarily based. They are putting their lives on the line every minute & while they have a brave game face on & their mind in the game I can tell you unequovically they are worried for their families back home in the States. I've loaned my sat phone out until the batteries went dead & almost every man was calling home to tell their wives "don't worry baby, we'll get thru this pay screwup" & a few making arrangements with their parents to float a loan.....guys in combat shouldn't have to worry about finances, even if they get this settled before the US gov't shuts down the stress they've put these guys thru is criminal. I've given out Sorensen/Legacy Foundation business cards like candy tonight for some funds that might get them thru a bind. The US gov't should be helping these guys out not a private foundation.
Debra LeCompte While you are absolutely right Buzzy, never fail to understand what righteous acts before The Living God those things you are doing are... Your country and mine, and for that matter all the organizations of mankind give out trophies, coins, awards, and metals... not to mention bonuses... The Living God gives Crowns of Righteousness... with stars in them... as in the sun...
