Custom Easter Baskets for the Special Children in Your Life

There are special Easter's in a child's life, and that first Easter is very special!  We have created a Baby's First Easter Basket.  It is delightful, and there are only a limited number of these unique baskets available.  So order quickly, and enjoy these extraordinary, one of a kind, creations!

This little basket consists of a pastel yellow with white polka dot metal pail.  A little blue bib with "Baby's First Easter."  This same message is embroidered on the front of the stuffed yellow chick.  A sippy cup and matching bottle are  practical, and the bunny ears are strictly for fun in the pictures made of baby on his or her first Easter.  The giant sucker is for tasting under mom or dad's watchful eye.  A pretty blue bow and five traditional plastic eggs in pastel colors complete this charming basket.

I really stuffed the cowboy basket with so many fun things for about a four to seven year old boy.  Of course it had to have a set of Cowboys and Indians to start it off right!  A yellow "tattoo" design plastic wrist band is "tough" looking.  For fun the soft plastic "blinking chick" will be a cool fun thing, and  gold plastic "bling" chains are fun too.  A large gold egg holds the best prize, and camo, leopard, and an assortment of other plastic eggs each have treats in them as well.  The big orange egg is full of "pop rocks."  The wind up bicycle riding duck is cute, and makes a fun friend for the two stuffed ducks.  There is a yellow water whistle with string for wearing around you neck, an Easter tic-tac-toe game with rabbits and ducks, egg gum that comes in little egg cartons, and a specialty iced cookie.  A cute little yellow chick sucker, a chocolate bunny trimmed in yellow, and an ice-cream shaped covered cup with a "crazy" straw wrapped around the cup will make for a nice snack time!

Any little boy would have so much fun with this Easter basket, and it will hold a lot of eggs when he goes to all the Easter Egg Hunts!

This is the cutest little Easter Basket shaped like a little cowgirl hat!

The gold spotlight looks great on this Army/Marine basket.  It is in a camo hat turned up-side-down!

It has a cute fuzzy rabbit in a bright yellow, a bunch of green beads, a giant plastic egg full of "pop rocks," a Texas chocolate bar, a green water whistle you can wear around your neck, a green water whistle shaped like a bird which you can wear around your neck, a yellow rubber ducky, a yellow hoppy chick, a cool Easter game in a box, little tiny eggs in little tiny cartons which are sour chewing gum,  and of course a bag of toy Soldiers,

Now you have to know, every little boy is going to want one!

This fun Easter Basket started with a cool sock monkey design basket, approximately 10 inches X 10 inches in hot pink and purple.  To start with, we added all kinds of purple an pink beads.  Next a cute little Ice Cream Cone covered cup with a crazy twisted  straw.  The ice cream part is hot pink!  The bird shaped water whistle is on a cord, and it is yellow, matching the wind up white and fuzzy hopping bunny.  There is a giant chocolate chip cookie in a keepsake purple tin, and big iced chick shaped iced cookie too.  Three sugar powder orange carrots add flare, and the pop up chick over-sized egg is full of treats as well.  The wind up bicycle riding rabbit is a hoot as he peddles his wares, (a cute little sucker,) and the light up soft chick twinkles for several seconds, even after you stop shaking it.  There is a little 5 inch light up rabbit, and a purple boa to wear around her neck just for fun!  Tiny cartons of bubble gum eggs are fun too!  Easter would not be complete without a chocolate bunny!  A small heart shaped glitter picture frame, and a giant purple pen, along with silver and hot pink fingernail polish finish out this basket!  A little trim with pink and purple Easter grass, a golden prize egg, and several assorted plastic eggs with treats inside round out the basket.  The basket will come wrapped in hot pink netting, with a big bow.   If you have any questions just shoot me an email, and make sure you look at the other baskets that will be going up soon!  We have been having fun with this project!

As I designed this little creation for our Easter fund raiser at the ranch, I thought of the little mother and daddy rabbit that first inspired the fund.  New life is what Easter is all about, because of the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross, we are able to have new life in Him.  What a delightful little surprise when we found the new baby bunnies.   Jet came in after feeding them, and told me about finding 5 baby bunnies in the rabbit hutch.  I had gotten the two rabbits last summer when our grand-children were visiting with us, and the mother rabbit had a really big scare on the fourth of July.  While we were out shooting off fire works late that night, a large rat snake had gotten in the rabbit hutch and wrapped around her and was slowly suffocating her.  We discovered this when the other rabbits began making squealing sounds.  We were able to get the snake to release her by beating on the bottom of the cage, and then Brian shot the snake with the 410.  She recovered nicely, and the two rabbits have been living happily ever after ever since.  They have such gentle personalities, and love being petted and given treats.  I didn't know that I had a female and male, and so I was surprised when the kits were found.  They had been hidden away in the back of the hutch

Often a buck rabbit will kill the young, but not this daddy rabbit.  He and the doe both are so attentive to their young, even after the second birthing of seven more little kits.  When I open the top of the hutch, which is 10 feet long, both the mama and daddy rabbit now run to gather up all their young, in a defensive way.  Now, they have always enjoyed being petted, and looked forward to the treats I brought them.  They are both very cautious now, carefully tending the little baby bunnies.  They lick and clean them, and the daddy has even pulled some of his fur as well as the mama has in order to make their hutch soft and warm for their babies.  They are delightful to watch.

Another gift in my life I wanted to commemorate was one I received from my mother.  She grew up during the Great Depression, and she never had many toys to play with.  As a result she cultivated a wonderful imagination.  When I was growing up, she could turn pebbles, sticks, leaves, dirt, and empty tin cans into a wonderful bakery for my sister and I to spend days playing in making "dirt cakes and cookies."  Old square dancing skirts, a gift from Mr. Jack and Mrs. Oma next door, became the costumes of so many of my mother's inspired, and our own imaginative gamesMy mother played with us when we were small, she played with our children too as they were growing up, and she has played with our grand-children, imparting to each generation the wonderful gift of imaginative play.

She would have so much fun with this 36 inch tall mama and daddy rabbit, and the five little baby rabbits I sent with them in two baskets, one for the mama rabbit to carry, and one for the daddy rabbit to carry.  I wrapped each baby bunny in it's own fuzzy blanket, and supplied each with a "carrot bottle."

I made mama rabbit an Easter hat and added a veil and flowers to it.  Pearls around her neck completed her "Easter" outfit.  Daddy rabbit is wearing a smart bow tie, and the small Bible he is holding is not included in the the purchase of this Easter creation, because it was a gift to Randy in Afghanistan as he served there with the Army.  So this little rabbit family with all its' accessories would turn into magic with the child, or children, who received it for an Easter gift if they had opportunity to spend time with my mother in play.

If you are interested in purchasing our "Rabbit Family," they are yours for $99.99, and you must supply your own imagination...

As I said... when we make an Easter Basket,
sometimes we throw caution to the wind...

We found a purple and hot pink sock monkey Easter Basket, stuffed it full of really cool stuff, and wrapped it up in hot pink net to keep all the goodies from falling out of the top!

This basket is stuffed completely full!  Take the time to study the photo carefully!  So many little treasures, and the light up lamb says Happy Easter as his cheeks and tummy flash!

This basket is a bunny turned on his back, and  you put your treasures in his tummy!  This bunny has a full tummy!

The little rabbit riding the bicycle with the sucker in the little wagon he is pulling pumps the pedals and his knees go up and down as he pedals the bike.  The Crazy Eggs card game should be lots of fun to play with mom and dad or friends!  The M&Ms egg is a favorite of mine, plus the "cup cake" Easter eggs have a tasty little surprises I won't tell!  There are several stings of beads, including classic pearls.  The light fragrance perfume is just right for a little girl.   The wind up hopping yellow chick is always trying to run away, or get into the little keepsake tin box to get at the chocolate chip cookie!  The Jumbo Ball Point Pen is perfect for writing the child's name in the coloring book, and the sticker book. The two sweet powder filled carrots are perfect to eat with the large cookie lamb on a stick, while you are wearing your fuzzy rabbit ears and sipping from your ice cream cone sippy cup.  Don't get caught in school chewing your egg gum out of the tiny little cartons!  There are several plastic eggs filled with little delights.  Whew, thought I wasn't going to get it all in there... there was no room for the grass... we will just send a zip lock bag with grass... The cost on this basket is $49.99.
