Paying the Price

This is absolutely some of the finest words. My friend Nancy Johnson posted them on facebook. It applies to every situation in life... marriage, starting a business, winning a war, fighting against injustice, learning to play an instrument, overcoming a physical disability, building a complex series of decks to make a handicap ramp .... what a powerful communication!

"Paying the Price," means doing what is required as long as you have to do it until the price is paid. Very few people are really willing to pay the price because their expectations are too high and their habits are average. This is the main reason that a large percent of the population tip toes quietly through life and arrives at their grave safely, dying with their music inside them. For you not to be this statistic you have to develop stellar habits, skills, and a mindset that keeps you productive and solution oriented. This requires the kind of discipline that average people seldom develop. Courage is a quality that never goes out of fashion and there will always be a market for it. -Jeffrey Combs
